Class Schedule

All martial Arts Classes run the same times

5-9 yr old – Little Warriors

5:30 – 6:30 pm / 6:30 – 7:30 pm / 7:30 – 8:30 pm

 

Adult Grappling (14 and over)

These classes take place every 2nd and 4th Tuesday and every
Thursday night

 

Christian Cardio Kick every Friday

6:00 – 7:00 PM

Senior Instructor Gery Ryan invites you to visit a class. A wide range of classes are available for all ages. Mr. Ryan is a certified 4th Degree Black Belt from the United States Karate Alliance who has 30 plus years of Martial Arts experience.

Mr. Ryan is a former National Black Belt Association Fighter of the Year. He has also coached a Team for a 1st place team finish in a National Rated Tournament and is a member of Karate for Christ.  Mr. Ryan brings a variety of experience to his classes such as Hap Ki Do, Open Palm System and Military Combative techniques, to name a few.
